DISR - Service / UX Designer Mar 2024 - June 2025
In Department of Industry, Science, and Resources (DISR), I am serving as an Interaction Designer in the Service Experience team, delivering UX solutions for multiple government digital projects:
- Developed comprehensive communication solution between portal entities in the major portal Grants, conducted user research and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions. Also, created high/low-fidelity wireframes and mockups using Miro and Figma.
- Designed a new system architecture, External Assessor portal, based on research findings and artifacts. Led user research sessions with internal/external stakeholders, produced service blueprints and swim-lane diagrams for system workflows. Also, delivered complete UI/UX solutions including wireframes (Mural/Figma) and final interfaces (Power Apps, HTML/CSS).
- Additionally, participated in product roadmap development and supported branding initiatives and documentation.
